Future Gymnast!

I started coaching pre-school gymnastics last week, and I take Ella with me on Wednesday mornings. She has a blast! She loves jumping and dancing to music, running on the tumble track, jumping in the pit, and her favorite is the obstacle course. I hope she has the same love for gymnastics that Daniel and I had growing up. It's so much fun to watch her play. I'm feel so blessed that I am able to have this time with her while she is little. I can't imagine having to go to work full time now. I don't know how I did it for 2 years....I guess because I didn't have a choice at the time, but I'm so thankful that I can be with her full time now. Lovin' the pit!

Here are some pics from the park. Again, while I was pushing Ella in the swing, I was thanking God for this little moment in time that will be a memory I keep in my heart forever. Before, I was never able to just take Ella to the park on a whim unless it was the weekend, so this was a very special moment for me. Did I mention it was a beautiful day!

And below are some pics from last weekend. Ella insisted that Daniel and I play in her tent house with her. She is such a funny kid!

Look at that sweet angel face! I just can't get enough of it. I just want to eat her up all the time!

Funny story

I caught Ella putting one of her teddy bears in time out. This is the first time I've ever seen her do this. I heard her tell the bear he was in time out, and then she left the room. At first I wasn't sure that was what she was doing, so I just watched and waited. Ella came back in the room and squated down in front of the bear. (which is exactly what I do when I put Ella in time out) She told the bear to stop crying, picked him up, and then hugged and kissed him. That is the first time I've seen Ella emulate what I do. It was really funny. I love watching her be a "little mommy".

First Day of Preschool- Then and Now

Then- September 2007. Only 14 months oldNow- September 2008. 2 Years old My baby isn't a baby anymore :(

This pic isn't very good. She was congested all night and didn't sleep well, but she really was very excited about school. It was the only pic I got. Ella was not in the picture taking mood. She's not a morning person, just like her momma!

Birthday, Anniversary, and other random stuff

We had a long and fun weekend. Lots to celebrate! I yet again had another birthday. Yes, I'm 31! YIKES! Anyway, I had a fabulous day at the zoo with Daniel and Ella, and then spent the evening with family and friends at my parent's house. My mom made the most delicious brisket, potato salad, beans, chocolate cake and homemade ice cream. Thanks mom and dad for the great party!

Later on in the weekend, Daniel and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at the Gaylord. We had an awesome day by the pool and just hung out. I can't believe we've been married 7 years. What's even crazier is that we have been together for 12 years! Here we are "Just Married"
7 Years Later

Happy Anniversary Babe!

This is a random pick of Ella. My cute little piggy tail girl.
Another random pick in her "big girl panties". By the way, potty training is going pretty well so far. She has been telling me when she needs to go potty, not all the time, but most of the time. She makes sure she tells me she wants her prize when she has tinkled. M&M's.

And this is me and Mike. Mike and I share the same birthday. He is my birthday buddy.

Well, that's it! A little random, but just catching you up.
