Christmas 2008

The Williams' Family Christmas (my dad's family)
We don't get to see them very often so we had a great time seeing everyone.
Throughout the Christmases, I will rate the top 4 biggest toys Ella received this year and they were BIG! We had to clean out her old toys to make room for the new ones. We filled 3 trash bags full of toys were are going to give away. My kid is so spoiled!

My family minus Daniel. I have no idea where he was when we were taking this picture.

Christmas Eve with the Rawls' Family
Ella and Hannah. They were so excited!

New jump rope

Her princess bed. She LOVES it! This would be the # 4 biggest toy so far.

She loved all her new toys. Thanks MeMe, PawPaw, Krystal, Ben, and the girls.

Christmas Morning!
So far this Christmas tops the cake! Ella totally understood everything that was going on, and couldn't wait for Santa to drop off her toys. The look on her face was priceless when she saw the kitchen that Santa left her. She was instantly in love! And we got every single bit of it on video.

She had some WILD hair that morning too!

Her new kitchen. The # 2 biggest toy.

All she ate for breakfast that morning was Hershey Kisses. I couldn't say no.

Cupcakes for her kitchen.

Hugging her baby.

Playing with her dress up clothes. They were a big hit!

She didn't want to take them off.

The #3 biggest toy. I know...I put them out of order.

My sweet wild haired girl under the tree. The best gift of all!

Playing so sweet.

Christmas with my parents and The Barron's
(my mom's family)

Just hanging out.

Us on Christmas.

The new doll house. This would be the #1 biggest toy. It's about a foot taller than her, but she loves it. Thanks BeBe and Grandpa.

We had the most wonderful Christmas we could have ever asked for. Again, we are so blessed!

The Polar Express

We rode on the Polar Express this weekend and Ella was fasinated by it. She loves trains! It was kind of lame for the adults, but it was totally worth seeing the look of delight on Ella's face.
It was pretty bright that morning.

I think my kid might be an artist!

Ella LOVES to draw. She drew this picture the other day and I asked her, "What is this a picture of?" and she replied, "a goggy". Translation...a doggy. I was so impressed with my daughter's artistic skills, that I just had to have a bragging moment. Okay...I'm done now. :)

Santa Baby!

Ella was awesome when we visited Santa at The Gaylord yesterday. I thought for sure she would have a meltdown, but not that day! She told Santa she wanted a kitchen and a race car. I thought to myself, " A race car, that's a new one!" I might have to go out and get her some kind of race car now. She was on cloud 9 the whole time we were visiting Santa. It was truly magical!

A few more Thanksgiving pics

My cousin Jamie took these pictures of Ella and the kids playing in the leaves. Ella has never jumped in leaves before, and she was in pure heaven! At first she didn't want to get dirty because she was acting all dainty and sweet, but then quickly decided it looked like too much not to. She literally dove into the leaves...head first! It was a riot to watch! Thanks for taking the pics Jamie!
Ella and her 3rd cousin, Madison

I love the jumping in the leaves pictures! Look at the pure look of absolute joy on her sweet little angel face! I just love her more than I ever thought possible! We are so blessed!

Turkey Trot and Thanksgiving

Daniel, Ella, and I ran the 5K in the Fort Worth Turkey Trot. We had so much fun, and ran the race in about 31 minutes. Not too bad for pushing a stroller at the same time. It was pretty chilly, but once we started running, we warmed up real fast. We hope to make it a Thanksgiving Day tradition. Ella was bundled up and had a blast. You should have seen the look of delight on her face as we were running through the sea of people. We were home by 9:15 a.m. and got ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and yummy food!A little self-portrait. Getting ready to run!

Run! Run!

Us
I'm a terrible picture taker on holidays, but I managed to get a few. There is so much going on that I forget to take pictures. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
